3.13.24 - RIWS 128th Annual Member Show

Dear Art Lover,

Although this was not a juried show (meaning anyone in good standing was allowed a piece to enter), I decided to ship a painting to the Rhode Island Watercolor Society for their 128th Member Show.  I’ve been juried into several RIWS shows last year, and look forward to having work in this show as well, which opens this coming weekend, Saturday, March 16th, at 1:30pm, at their HQ in Slater Memorial Park, 831 Armistice Blvd, Pawtucket, RI 02861.  If you or someone you know is in the area, I highly recommend going to the opening.  The Rhode Island Watercolor Society takes their work seriously, they put on a great show, and they have their own brick-and-mortar building, which is a really cool space within a park.

I’d love to be able to attend myself, but it’s unlikely I can justify flying out this time.
