Thank you for following the process of making and sharing my art.

I bring good news.

Over the summer I began a campaign to apply to juried exhibitions, competitions, and other similar opportunities, all of them by juror invitation only.

To date my work has been invited to 36 shows and counting.  I am extremely grateful to the jurors, venues, show curatorial staffs, as well as Annie’s Art and Frame in Ballard.

Awards:

I am honored to have won 1st place in the Rhode Island Watercolor Society show “Amazing Space” for “Plein Air, Dock at Kenmore’s Log Boom Park, ~3:30-4:30pm”, watercolor, 30 x 42”. This piece is available.

I am grateful to have won 1st in watermedia at the 41st Wallowa Valley Festival of the Arts, for “Plein Air, Bainbridge Is. from Discovery Park, 3:20-4:20pm”, watercolor, 30 x 42”. This piece is available.

Travel:

Next week I am traveling to Wichita KS to attend the opening reception for the Mark Arts National Watercolor Exhibition, for which my piece “Plein Air, Looking SE from Alki, 11:30am-12:30, 8.11.23”, watercolor, 22 x 30”, was selected.
