Dear Art Lover,

Forgive the interruption in emails over the last several days. The service I use allows me to send only 20 / month, so although interruptions are infrequent, they do happen.

I have been looking forward to sharing this piece, completed last week, over four days of work. It is my first piece made in the Wooden Boat Center / MOHAI (Museum of History And Industry) area on the South end of Lake Union. I was right before the bow of the Swiftsure Lightboat, painting midday. Thank you to everyone who stopped to speak with me about the work.

I look forward to returning to the MOHAI / Wooden Boat Center area and painting further.
