The Holiday Sale 2023 is upon us!  No passwords required, all 100 works are now available (except those that have already sold).  Bear in mind that I am now going to spread the word about this sale beyond my email list subscribers - but would still encourage anyone you send this to to sign up, it’s the best way to keep up to date.

For those of you who have already during the pre-sale bought artwork - thank you - and thank you for your patience as I prepare those works for shipping and pickup.

As a reminder, for those of you in Seattle, tonight is the Opening Artist’s Reception of Gallery B612’s Animal Art-themed show, at 1915 1st Ave S, 6:30-8pm.  I have some pieces in the show, but I’m most looking forward to seeing my friend and animal-lover James Wallace Repton in his first ever show!  I’m a fan of James’s work, and believe this venue and show theme just suits him perfectly.

P.S.: Just because I’ve been busy preparing for this sale, it doesn’t mean painting production has stopped.  Stay tuned for updates about new work, including a group of three paintings of trees that I made concurrently, plein air, from Lincoln Park.  I began September 6th, and just finished yesterday, November 8th.  It feels great to have these three pieces, 18 x 24”, 22 x 30”, and 30 x 42”, all of the same scene, finally complete.  Those of you who have seen me working on these paintings in person and who expressed interest - I will make them available soon. For questions about those works, or anything else, either reply to this email or send a note to David@DavidOSmithArtist.com
