29.  Original Plein Air Drawing, “TV Sharks 1”, ink, 9 x 12”, 2024

Location: St. Catharine’s, Ontario, Canada

These shark sketches were not made “from life” but were drawn from watching videos of sharks on a nature documentary, while spending time in a hotel room in St. Catharine’s Ontario. After Plein Air Easton in July, I had a week of free time between the end of the festival and the start of a rowing competition in St. Catharine’s, so I headed for Canada a week early. This page shows bull sharks or reef sharks top and bottom, a mako shark in the middle.
