This is one of the larger, more experimental Plein Air Drawings (PADs) that I’ve made.  The surface is violet watercolor-stained paper, with various drawing media over that, made of my view of North Beacon Hill as seen from my old apartment in the Mt Baker neighborhood in Seattle.  The fall color is visible in the trees on this November morning, clear blue sky peeking through clouds.
