This is one of my personal favorite pieces from my ongoing work with Lakeside Magazine, where I cover in art (in lieu of photography or essay) various goings-on at Lakeside, my alma mater.  It was the first day of middle school, and this is a scene of the students being dropped off by car, bus, and on foot in the morning daylight of a beautiful September day.
